Selection-to-function aptamer evidence atlas
PanApta re-processes raw SELEX reads into round-level count, frequency and enrichment tables for selection-pool candidates across diverse protein, DNA and RNA targets — and keeps those candidates distinct from curated binding measurements and structural evidence. Enrichment alone is not evidence of target binding.
PanApta v2 is being assembled as the evidence-graded release. Its catalog separates reported and experimentally validated aptamers from selection-pool candidates and predicted annotations, with record-level provenance.
